Is this event family-friendly?
While we love that kids under the age of 18 are reading, we are an 18+ event.
Are payment plans available?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer payment plans at this time.
What do I bring with me?
A government-issued ID, bags for your books (or a cart!), a water bottle, and your beautiful, book-loving self! Check out our Book Harvest reader group on Facebook for a Book Harvest attendance guide coming summer 2026.
Are there refunds?
All ticket sales are final. If you can no longer attend Book Harvest, you can submit your ticket for resale, the details of which will be posted in the Book Harvest reader group on Facebook.
Ticket Spice, our ticketing platform, allows ticketholders to purchase event insurance in case you cannot make it.
Is there parking?
Parking rates at McCormick Place and the Hyatt will be released closer to the event and can be found in the attendee guide. For non-Hyatt parking, the SpotHero app will show available parking by cost.
Is there a FedEx onsite?
Yes!
Is there a quiet room?
Yes! We have a quiet room with charging stations for phones.
Is there a room block?
Our room block will be made public in December 2025.

Can I sponsor Book Harvest?
Yes! The link to our sponsor form will be added to the “Interest Forms and Sponsorship” tab in November 2025.
Prohibitions
Please do not vape or smoke on the premises. Anyone found to be smoking or vaping during any Book Harvest event will be asked to leave.
Alcohol is not allowed during any Book Harvest event unless provided by Book Harvest. Any individual consuming alcohol must be 21+.
Books and Signing Limits
Books can be bought on-site from our bookstore or directly from authors, or they can be brought from home. Please note that for each time you are in line, you can get up to three items signed (preorders not included).
